Liftrak keeps your data on this device only. To bring workouts in from another app, a spreadsheet or a file, build a JSON file in Liftrak's import format and load it with Import Data in Settings. The schema below describes that format.

IMPORT SCHEMA

One JSON document: the import file's structure, what every field means, the allowed values, your current exercise library (the ids an import must reference) and a complete example import. Paste it into an AI assistant or a script alongside your own data and ask for a Liftrak import file. Import replaces all data — export a backup first.
